Just off the top of my head (the more hair I lose, the more I need
something to cover it!)

Beethoven - Sym #5 (last movement)
Sym #1
Piano Concerto #4
Cr eatures of Prometheus Ov., Lenore #3 Ov.

Berlioz - Symphony Fantastique (mvts 4 & 5)

Tchaikovsky - Mozartiana

R. Strauss - The Happy Workshop (Symphony for winds - 5 clarinet parts)

Mahler - Sym #1

Rossini - Barber of Seville Ov., Italian in Algiers Ov.

Ginastera - play the clarinet variation on your C clarinet (except for
one phrase, which needs the Bb clarinet for it's low E. I just did it,
and it really works)

Bizet Symphony in C

Many examples in Verdi operas.

I'm sure there are a lot more. The color really is different (even in
Beethoven - the biggest surprise to me) and really matters. Enjoy it!
