There are many things I like about the book. One of my favorite features is
the "10 Tips" for successful practicing. I wish I had that list as a kid! I
also like Abe's fingering chart. My old eyes (over 40, you know) find his
chart especially easy to read. The exercises do not seem bland or rote to me.
I think this is a book that you can grow with for the rest of your life. And
Abe's commentary throughout the book is...well...he's a living legend so what
more can I say?
