One of the finest music programs in the US; Fred Ormand and Deborah
Chodacki are the clarinet teachers there. Ormand has a fantastic
reputation. I'm sure some of the list members can elaborate a lot more.

U of Mich is very, very strong in both the engineering and music fields;
you've made a great choice.

No, I'm not a grad of U of Mich, but I live a half hour away ...
