Ross,
I wondered the same thing and hesitated to answer the first time this question was asked. Actually I think that perhaps the version used was not transposed... If you have the capability you could take the midi files or the finale files and transpose to your hearts content. The version I downloaded also has the bass clarinet part in bass clef- I'd change that as well for convience. (Unless you need to work on your bass clef reading- then have at it!) You could also check the different versions available- it is on Oliver Seely's page and mirror as well as Fernando Silveira's offerings on Sneezy- If Fernando is still around maybe he'll let us know the real story!
