Have you thought about the 2nd movement of the Mozart? I heard it used in a
wedding the other day, and it worked brilliantly. Another good one is the
2nd movement of Weber I. The Saint-Saens sonata might also work (probably
only the first movement though), and the first of the Schumann Fantasy
Pieces could be effective.
