Does anyone have any suggestions for solos to play in church. I
know that I asked this question one and half years ago, but thought that
there might be some new suggestions. I took someones suggestion to play
the second movement of the Horowitz Sonata. I played it coupled with a
Mannhiem Steam Roller arrangement of Stille Nacht as background for a
reading for a Christmas eve service. It was really effective.
I have played a lot of arrangements of hymn tunes from a company
called Intrada, but I would like some more challenging material. I have
great pianist, organist, choir and small orchestra to work with. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

TIA, Deborah
