That would be an optimistic thought, considering that the majority of
people afflicted with TMJ aren't clarinetists :^)

(Approx. 60 million people in the US are affected by some degree with
TMJ according to the ADA; I'd be very surprised if even 1% of those were
clarinetists! There's a lot of controversy over the causes; do a quick
search via Altavista for TMJ and scan the on-line journals)
