I play a bay clarinet mouthpiece. However, it is a copy of an old Portnoy (which is
so, so much better than the current models. I never cared for the mouthpieces he
came up with. On bass clarinet, his mouthpiece is pretty good. What I really like
from Charles bay is his ligatures for both clarinet and bass clarinet. On bass
clarinet you will improve your tone more by getting his ligature than his
mouthpiece.
