Mr. Cohen,

I have had this exact surgery with excellent results. However, there are
precautions to take. You ABSOLUTELY need a surgeon who is willing to work
with a musician from the musician's viewpoint. I would be happy to discuss
this procedure and the orthodontic preparation off-line. I can be reached

major surgery and needs careful progression.
