I've been using computer/music glasses for about the past 5 years, both for
computer and for clarinet. Single focus - at my current stage of
presbyopia, I can see clearly from about 18 inches to 5 ft with them. The
conductor is fuzzy, of course, but visable from a band clarinet seat - I
might have to do something else in an orchestra. For singing, however, the
standard bifocals are better - one is often forced to hold the music closer
than one would like.
