What I did was get a pair of single vision glasses for my music that was set
for the distance of the music stand. That way I don't have to worry about
moving accidently moving my head to where I can't see the music clearly. Of
course across the room is slightly fuzzy but I don't need to see that.
Although the conductor is not completely in focus either, I can see him well
enough to see all his directions.
