I "second" Mark's recommendation re: University of Michigan.
It is very strong nationally in all three areas -- music,
business, AND computer science. With Debbie Chodacki and
Fred Ormand teaching clarinet there, you are certain to re-
ceive a solid foundation in clarinet technique and perform-
ance practice. The school of business at U. of M. is ranked
among the top 10 in the country. You would not likely be
making a mistake to receive your business training there.
I don't have details on the computer science program, but
I've heard very positive comments from friends over the
years on the subject.
