The University of South Carolina has a wonderful music department and a
computer technology department. Fees are around 13,000 a year including
room, board, tuition, and fees. They also give out great scholarships.
If you have a certain GPA you can even go there at the in-state tuition
rate which takes the tuition down almost 5,000 a year. They offer many
degrees and you can go the entire way to doctorate there.
