How *I* just found this was by going to
http://www.altavista.com
and just typing "cambridge companion to the clarinet" in the search
window.
You can do this with anything: the quotes just ensure a search for the
whole phrase. There's an 'Advanced' search, too.
Recently I entered
earth rotation slowing why
without quotes, as a small time out from a dinnertable discussion, and
was suitably enlightened.
(Of course, I might have been more explicit, as I also got an answer to
the question "Why is my network slowing down when using DOOM?":-)
