I would suggest "Acoustical Aspects of Woodwind Instruments" by Cornelis
Nederveen, published in Amsterdam in 1969 by Frits Knuf. There are two
versions of this book, one in English and one in Dutch, and I believe both
are published by the same company. It takes an advanced mathematician to
be able to read and understand this book.
