I just got this in my email. Perhaps someone can help.

Dear Mark,

In the 1950's, while in school I managed to purchase a wonderful LeBlanc
Clarinet though my instructor. I was often putting in 4 hours a day in
practice while a teenager. I loved playing and did very well. Played
through college and beyond. Then in the 1980's for a reason I do not
like to think about I was forced to sell the instrument. Now today I
turned 56 and want to resume playing again.

I went yesterday to look for an instrument. Oh how I learned the hard
way that selling the LeBlanc was wrong.

Long story short... when I found this web page I decided to write...
is there anyway I can put out the word that if anyone has my old clarinet
I would love to get it back. I sold it in the 1980's to a young high
school student in Lexington Ky. The instrument was in a case with two
stickers from The All Ohio Boys Band... an honor I had for two years.
I really would love to get it back.

This is a long shot I know but if there is anything you can do... please..
and thank you!

In the meantime I will keep looking for one I can afford for now.

John Simmons
