I use them both on my bass and soprano clarinets. They are a good quality reed with
great sound. Whether or not they sound as good as well prepared
cane reed, its hard to say. But they are consistent and play every
time out and to some one with not a lot of time to prepare reeds, this
is great. Suggest you go to legere.com and have a listen.
