It was called "Clarinet Performance Practices and Teaching in the United
States and Canada", Volume 1 - Cecil Gold, Professor of Clarinet, College
of Fine and Applied Arts, Department of Music, University of Akron, Akron,
Ohio 44325, 1977. He also did a similar work for the saxophone.
