In response to all the messages about Grout, I don't find it dry or too
wordy. I was surprised to hear that the CDs come with the book in the US,
because they are listed separately as the Norton Anthology of Western Music
in the jacket of my copy. As always, people have their own opinions of books
which I respect.

Does anyone know the UK price for the CDs?
