Before we start burning people at the stake, we will have to decide
whether we will use a wood or a plastic stake. I propose a 3/4
majority before we torch Rojer. :)

Rojer, in effect, argues that there is a placibo effect in clarinet
playing. A lot of postings seem to say that placibo effects are
not 'scientific'. Medical researchers frequently investigate placibo
effects and many doctors exploit these effects to treat patients.

It would help the debate if there were more top quality plastic
instruments. I doubt that experiments with wood, metal & plastic tubes
and tone generators will change many opinions.
