Subj: [kl] Clarinet solo from Edmond Hall(?)
Date: Fri, 2 Apr 1999 00:37:22 -0500

Hello,

I am looking for the clarinet solos from Edmond Hall (?), in which the
clarinetist could imitate with a fantastic reality somebody laughing.

According to my knowledge the clarinetist was Edmond Hall and it was a
famous recording with Louis Armstrong, but it could be another artist of
the new Orleans style.

By the way I am trying to make a compilation of all famous & impressive
clarinet solos from the classical jazz period, i.e. J. Dodds, J. Noone,
P.W Russell, A. Nicholas.....A.Batiste......

Any hints to find the record(s) will be highly appreciated

Thanks in advance for your support
