I just bought a Yamaha 64 clarinet a few months ago, and so far I am really
pleased with it, but I've talked to other clarinetists and they have said that
Yamaha made really poor quality clarinets compared to the likes of Selmer and
Buffet. I payed 1600 for it...was it too much? And one more thing, I'm
thinking of getting a crystal mouthpiece and I wanted to know if they were all
consistent and where I could order one. I currently have a Vandoren B45,
should I stick with it or shoot for the crystal? Thanks.
