Dear Mr. R, I have used your fingerings for years, I met you as a YOUNG
student-of Richard Shillea's. You at the time gave me your "photo
copied"fingerings not yet in book form, I still have those copies!! You ALSO
made me a mouthpiece, this was back in CT, don't know if you still live there
now, but hope all is well and maybe we'll meet again someday. CA in DC
