Curiosity - did you call the hospital to find out if this was real? In
almost all cases these aren't; 7 cents a signature would be incredible
since these things can hit tens of millions of people, and the letters
would flood a mailbox.

There's no address to send the letter to, either.

Any letter that states that "You will get what you deserve" is
automatically a fake. Even calling the hospital is bad, as they are
probably flooded with calls trying to verify the false claim.
I sent out an e-mail about a e-mail program that was said to have a virus.
Any takers to "test it" to see if it is true? ------- I didn't think so :)
