You can get the Englund Concerto from the Finnish Music Information
Centre. They have a web site at : http://www.teosto.fi/info5eng.html
They are very open to receiving correspondence and will get their
materials to you in a VERY prompt manner. For your info. there IS a
piano reduction for th Englund but you will have to ask specifically
for it.
