Perhaps Mark Weinstein can provide these specifics for you? That is,
unless they are guarded secrets!

LOL.

Seriously, David Hite used to be on the list - he can probably tell you how
his M41 and ML41 specifically differ. You already have the measurements of
the Borbeck 13, so you should be in a pretty good position to find out some
good answers.

Don't overlook the Vandoren M13 Lyre - which is similar to the B45 in terms
of tip opening. It may achieve for you what you are looking. These
mouthpieces also face beautifully if they need a tweaking.
