Yeah, I understand that about making your on changes by using a software
program. I own finale 98 and I have the concertino downloaded from Oliver
Seely's webpage. But my concern is that someone may not know that there are
mistakes in the pieces that I have mention and go on to play them this way
when they are not right. Just because a piece is in the public domain does
not mean you have the right to drastically change it regardless whether it
was a printing error or by choice. Our repertoire in the classical era is
not as big as most of the other woodwinds. So what ever extant correct
version there is, in my opinion should stay that way.
