no doubt, we have MANY ALUMNI here on the Clarinet thread. I will defer to
them. My daughter DEFINITELY wanted to go back.

Last year, I spent approx. 48 hours in the Traverse City, MI area, about 6
of which was "on campus". I was very impressed and proud. Just what you
would expect of a proud parent who never got to go anywhere.

I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED when we "snuck a listen" to the Interlochen Youth
Orchestra playing Mozart's Jupiter. WOW - sent shrills down my back. The
sheer amount of talent was overwhelming.

PS We also had inquired about the IdleWild program in Southern CA and were
impressed. We found out about Idlewild from the folks at Interlochen, as the
Admissions Director at Interlochen came from Idlewild. Sounded very nice. I
believe that idlweild has a WEB page frobably at IDLEWILD.COM or something
similar, ie .org or .net etc
