To transpose a part for clarinet in A so that you can play it on the Bb
clarinet, add 5 sharps or subtract 5 flats.

To transpose Bb clarinet parts so that they can be played on the A
clarinet, do just the reverse, subtract 5 sharps or add 5 flats.

Let's take a couple of examples. Say the concert key is A major. The A
clarinet part would be written in the key of C, no sharps or flats. The
Bb clarinet would have to be written in B major, 5 sharps.

If the concert key is C major, the A clarinet part would be in Eb major, 3
flats, while the Bb clarinet would have to play in D major, 2 sharps.
(Subtracting 5 flats from 3 flats would result in 2 sharps.)

For the concert key of Eb major, the A clarinet would be in Gb major, 6
flats, while the Bb clarinet would be in F, 1 flat.

I hope that helps.
