I have an early edition of the parts and score as well which I used when
I played it a year ago. Someone mentioned that it was an early edition
and that slurs may have been left out.
As you know half the piece has to be double toungued.
I am wondering if slurs were added to some of the double-tongued passages,
making them somewhat less difficult.

I am about to start working it back up and thought I should get informed.
