Thanks for the link. A link from there links to an article I read years
back from the Journal of Law & Economics in preparation for a white
paper & lost track of - an excellent presentation of the possibilities
of why the Dvorak keyboard did not catch on. Dispels (or at least
presents cogent arguments against) several modern myths.
