I have a K&M stand as well, and I have no complaints about
it at all. I like the way it's made with sturdy metal, folds
up so nicely, and I don't find it heavy at all. I schlep
around with my bass and my double soprano case, along with
my K&M stand and a Blayman double peg for the sopranos. If
you configure it correctly, there's no difficulty in carrying
it all at once. As with all stands, I recommend super-gluing
the rubber feet to the metal legs so that they don't fall off.
