I love my Gigliotti. ;) Been using it for 6 years now, and its never failed
me. Mine's a 3 (I think...), and while the tone is good, I think it does get
a little airy when you're trying to play a really soft and thin section. I
have another mouthpiece I use, in fact, its one of those standard LeBlanc's
that they give you with new horns, but it does GREAT for those sections.
Kinda hard to get loud with it though.
