Another good one to try is the Gigliotti. The scale is great, and the
sound is rich for many people who use them. Of course, no mouthpiece
works for everybody. When trying mouthpieces, always keep in mind that
different mouthpieces sometimes require different strength reeds.
Another thing you should consider is trying new equipment in a large
room. What works in a small concrete practice room might not work in an
auditorium.
