You probably downloaded it from Olver Seely's page or the mirror on Sneezy

(It's there. I just checked.) You can download the music in Adobe Acrobat
form (the PDF files) from the Sneezy mirror and print them out (no dynamic,
etc. markings if it's like most of Ollie's PDF files, though) or you can order
the music from Luyben's for about $21 according to their catalog.
