Probably the best source is on Sneezy at:
http://www.sneezy.org/Databases/ComposersIndex/index.html
Another source is:
http://www.ithaca.edu/music/music4/rep.html
At the bottom of their page is a list of references that may contain
additional items.
Finally, there is a midi copy of Oliver Seely's transcription of Krommer's
Concerto in Eb, Op. 35 -- you can listen to it and download the sheet music --
at his website or its mirror on Sneezy:
http://www.sneezy.org/clarinet/Music/Seely.html
If there are any list members who haven't visited Sneezy and wandered around
its myriad pages, you really should. It's worth the time you'll spend.
(IMHO, it's better than a trip to Disneyland ;^) -- and alot cheaper too!)
After you've visited, be sure to send Mark Charette a thank you note.
Best regards,
Jack Kissinger
St. Louis
