Sadly, it would take little for Cindy to assert that she has been defamed
and would be very easy for her to spend $150 and serve the other party for
a $50,000 lawsuit...........it is done every day, and it is always a shock
when it happens. The legal issues are quite thorny - and the problem is
that there are 600 + subscribers here who can be contacted - and that it
has all been written down.

Good judgement should be used when asserting something about someone else.

(Of course, this comes from the person who ALWAYS uses good judgement when
asserting something.......) ;)
