It never would have to occurred to me to discuss fundraising...BUT
perhaps we could natter a bit over those reediculous fingerless gloves
that accompany the uniform. This is clarinet related as NO ONE ELSE has
to expose the fingertips to excruciating and agonizing cold. When I was
in school (a zillion years ago) my mom made me "wristlets" - they were
knitted like a mitten with the thumb opening and the fingertip from the
knuckles open. They were the same color as the uniform, allowed *much*
more freedom to play and were surprisingly warm.
Seems to me this might be in the same category as neck straps?
Boy oh boy oh boy!
