The problem, Steve, is that we don't _know_ that it was a throw-away.
years back Allen Sherman did great (well, funny, anyway) musical
parodies ("Hello Mudda, Hello Fadda") that were in the same vein and
style - and made a living at it. This wasn't a one-line joke - it was a
whole piece.
