I use a Neotech and i ordered it from International Music. I really like
it and it takes the pressure off of my thumb and wrist.

I much prefer the design of the Neotech to the Claricord. The Claricord
stretches, and feels like a bungy chord on your neck. The Neotech is a
fixed design like a sax neckstrap with a material with a slit in it to
place the thumbrest in.
