Dave,
My swabs are ordinary cotton or silk handkerchiefs together with a long
tough string that has a slip noose at one end and a weight at the other.
Really easy to make! Take off the handkerchief and wash it every month or
so. When the handkerchief looks a bit scruffy, grab another one from your
drawer.

Subject: [kl] Clarinet Swab
Help! I'm looking for a place to buy a Buffet cotton handkerchief
swab. I am talking about the ~1' square type with red and blue
printing. BUT...I want the kind with the light blue nylon(?) pull, NOT
the white cotton pull (that breaks all too soon). Anybody have a lead
on these? I have an older one, and can't remember where I got it.
Perhaps they don't make them anymore?
