I used to have this problem on piano, and what my teacher suggested
translates very well to clarinet. Play the scale in all sorts of different
rhythms (dotted quaver-semiquaver, semiquaver-dotted quaver, quaver-triplet
semiquavers, triplet semiquavers-quaver) and then go back to playing it
normally. It's always worked brilliantly for me.
