I used to have a problem with uneven fingers. One thing that helped me
was playing scales with a metronome. Another thing that helps is playing
uneven rhythms to notes in certain passages several times, then play it the
way it's written. If your arms are tense, try relaxing your arm down by
your side, then gradually bring your arm up to your clarinet. Anytime you
feel yourself start to tense up, try taking three deep breaths. This
probably seems like typical advice, but I hope it's helpful. Let me know
how it goes.
