Nick,
Vibrato is treated in great detail in "The Art of Saxophone Playing" by
Larry Teal, published by Summy-Birchard. Even if you DON'T play saxophone,
it is a good book to get. Besides a thorough treatment of vibrato that
applies to clarinet as much as it does to sax, the section on reeds and reed
adjustment is also outstanding and applicable to clarinet.
