I saw that article in my local paper, too. It's a shame to make music a
punishment - just as the justice system is now tending to do with
community service. I personally believe there is value (however small)
in any kind of music (that Navajo flute - and Kokopelli, especially)!
Any way, negative association will be made and a music hater will be
born.
