I am sure that you are enjoying being on the list, and are
learning much from the topics and discussions about
clarinets and clarinet playing.

I disagree with your sentiments.

This is a clarinet list, and should be kept as such,
otherwise we will not stay in focus regarding clarinet
playing/problems in general and specific areas.

I don't think that your sentiments are in line at all
with the "majority" of the list, but if you wish to have
discussions which you feel are related to your field
of interest with other members of the list, your
suggestion of addressing them privately seems
to be a terrfic idea - you can keep your topics
within your group, and eliminate quarter-back
interference!
