Spriggs use to live here in Ottawa, Canada,
and I've always used him. Always been pleased with
his first class work. Many symphonic players have had
iinstruments overhalled by him. He was a clarinetist
in the RCMP( Royal Canadian Mounted Police) band
for many years. He's now set up shop in British Columbia.

I'm fond of his floating rail ligature, very responsive.
