I often use the Vandoren ligature.
But also use Spriggs "floating rail" ligature.
I fine it is very, very responsive, and bright,
good for sensitive work, and quick tonguing.
If you do a search on the net for
"The Clarinet Center" you will find Spriggs
has a picture of it online. I seem to recall the
price was about $90 Canadian.
