Public funds will very likely be allocated to reach the rest--the way phone

impossible to go to a coffee shop or a beauty parlor without a terminal for
customer use, complimentary or for a small fee.

Hopefully with all the time we save on commuting and running errands, we'll
all have extra time to play music!
