You should take note that the newest G3 powermacs no longer use a SCSI
system, and have gone toward the PC end. Apple's reponse to the SCSI lost is
Firewire, aka IEEE-1394, which transfers at 2GB/s max. There are also USB
ports on the machine as well.

To my knowledge, there is either very little, or none at all Firewire
devices at this time.
